Errores comunes
- ✗ I promise I call you.✓ I promise I’ll call you.Una promesa se hace con will, no con el presente como el español te llamo.
- ✗ The phone is ringing. I take it!✓ The phone is ringing. I’ll get it!Una decisión espontánea lleva will, y para contestar al teléfono se dice get it.
- ✗ I no will tell anyone.✓ I won’t tell anyone.La negación de will es won’t, y no se coloca no delante.
- ✗ Tomorrow will rain.✓ Tomorrow it will rain.Hace falta el sujeto it, aunque el español diga solo mañana lloverá.
- ✗ I think it rains tomorrow.✓ I think it will rain tomorrow.Una predicción sobre el futuro necesita will, y no basta con el presente.
